YĀDÂ by EMPOWEAR

There’s still good here. Even in this.

YĀDÂ (inspired by the Hebrew yadah — giving thanks and praise) is a reminder to thank God in seasons you wouldn’t have chosen. Not when everything is sorted. Even in this.

Soft tees, long sleeves, and sweatshirts that carry one message you can wear: Gratitude, even in this.

Thanks before the answer.

Some seasons don’t resolve on schedule. A diagnosis. A job that ends. A relationship that breaks. Waiting that has no date on it. YĀDÂ is for that middle — a way of saying thank You now, because God already knows what you don’t, without pretending the hard part isn’t real.

Gratitude, even in this is the message on the collection. Wear it as a reminder for yourself, or give it to someone walking through an unfinished season. One clear practice: thank God for one true thing today, even while something else is still unresolved.

For the life you’re living

Maybe you’re here right now.

You don’t need a finished story to give thanks. These are the kinds of seasons YĀDÂ was made for.

The diagnosis changed the map.

The diagnosis changed the map.

The news is still settling. Energy, plans, and the life you knew feel different. Gratitude here isn’t pretending you’re fine. It’s thanking God for what still holds you while you learn the new ground.

The job is gone.

The job is gone.

A role that shaped your days ended, and the next chapter hasn’t opened. You can feel the loss and still thank God for a kindness, a skill you still have, or a person who keeps checking in.

Someone you love isn’t here the same way.

Someone you love isn’t here the same way.

Distance, ending, or goodbye left a quiet that won’t ignore you. Missing them is real. So is making room to thank God for love that remains, and for strength for today.

A note from Jon, founder of EMPOWEAR

Why these words matter to me.

For years, I’ve talked about living with an “attitude of gratitude.” To me, it meant choosing to see the good, speaking words that encourage, and celebrating the blessings all around us.

Then long COVID changed the life I knew. I hadn’t really understood what living with a chronic illness could take from a person — how it can wipe out energy, clarity, and the ability to create the way you always had — until I was living it. For more than three decades, my security net had been simple: no matter what happened outside me — losses, business setbacks, whatever — nobody could take my mind or my ability to turn ideas into something real. When this hit, it disrupted both the outside and the inside. Suddenly I was starting over.

I still believed in gratitude. But now I was learning what it meant to choose it while life was unresolved — with fear and waiting and confusion in the room — without pretending that what I’d lost didn’t matter. Reflecting on YĀDÂ gave that practice a deeper meaning.

It’s not just about being grateful for what you can see.
It’s learning to trust God with what you can’t see yet.

YĀDÂ is:

Gratitude in uncertainty.

Gratitude in fear.

Gratitude in waiting.

Gratitude in confusion.

Gratitude in the “not yet.”

Gratitude in the “even this.”

It’s saying:

“God, I thank You now because You already know what I don’t.”

So wherever you find yourself today—

If the diagnosis hasn’t come back…

If the finances don’t make sense…

If the relationship is unresolved…

If the future feels uncertain…

You can still choose YĀDÂ.

Because gratitude isn’t built on having everything figured out.

It’s built on trusting the God who already holds what you don’t understand.

So for me, in this season,

I’m choosing gratitude…
even in this.

The heart behind YĀDÂ

A moment for you

Thank God for one true thing today, even while something else is still unresolved.

Pause here. Let something come to mind. You don’t need to write it down or share it.

The YĀDÂ collection

A reminder you can wear.

A shirt can carry more than a design. These words can meet you in the mirror before a busy day, come with you into a fresh start, or open a conversation with someone who needs them too. Choose the piece you’ll want to reach for.

Make it yours.

Explore the designs, choose your color and size, and find the reminder you want to keep close. See each product page for garment details.

A little encouragement, shared.

For someone who’s beginning again, someone you’re grateful for, or someone who simply loves the message. Let YĀDÂ be a thoughtful reminder they can wear.

Gratitude, even in this.

Carry the reminder.
